Pricing Transparency
Dart Acupuncture, PLLC is currently a cash-pay practice. We're in the process of getting credentialed with several major insurance plans in Washington State and expect to begin accepting insurance in late November 2026.
In the meantime, many patients use HSA/FSA funds to cover treatment, and we're happy to provide superbills you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Clinic Visit Fees (time of service discounted pricing)
Initial Acupuncture treatment (90 min): $160
Follow-up acupuncture treatment (60 min): $130
Five treatment bundle: $550 — discount of $100

Yes, we do accept PIP/MVA/Car accident insurance claims. We do not bill third-party claims. Please provide the following information before your first appointment:
Date of Accident
Claim number
Insurance Claims Adjuster’s contact information
(Including Progressive, State Farm, Allstate, Geico, Liberty, Mutual, Safeco, AMF, etc..)
Billing Policy Acknowledgement
Cancellation Policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the vacant slot to another patient who may be in need of our services. All cancellations within the 24-hour window will be charged to the card on file and held as a credit on your account for their next visit.
